We recommend transparent PNG, TIFF, or vector PDF files at 300 DPI. If you only have JPEG or need cleanup, upload what you have and we’ll help prep it.
How fast can you ship?
Orders approved before noon typically ship the same day. Local pickup is available, and we can arrange overnight or blind drop shipping nationwide.
Do you have minimums?
No minimums on gang sheets or single transfers. We offer tiered discounts once you hit 10+ sheets or recurring weekly runs.
Can you help with color matching?
Absolutely—share Pantone references or merch photos and we’ll dial in the color profile before printing. Hard proofing is available on request.
What heat press settings do you recommend?
Most transfers press at 285°F for 12 seconds with medium pressure. We include a cheat sheet with every order to fit your equipment.
Do you offer fulfillment or finishing?
Yes, we can press, fold, bag, tag, and ship to your customer under your brand. Let us know what you need in the notes or contact form.
